CRDF Global announced today that it has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation, Office of Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund (ISN/NDF), to provide Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BWC) subject matter expertise and assistance. CRDF Global will work with ISN/NDF in identifying which States Parties to the BWC may be interested in receiving assistance to implement their BWC legal obligations. 
 
CRDF Global will partner with the Verification Research, Training and Information Centre (VERTIC) to research BWC implementation and pilot assistance projects aimed at improving BWC implementation and international coordination in the field of peaceful biological activities.
